The Field Services program is the basis of all our services.  It all starts with trained, experienced counselors from any of the 19 field offices across the state.  All requests for services -- from medical support, education or training, admission to the Hot Springs Rehabilitation Center -- starts with the field counselor and ends with employment.

ARS assists people with disabilities in obtaining education, training, and skills they need to live an independent life.  Just as each person is an individual, their educational or medical plans are unique to their needs.  And it is a good investment.  For every dollar spent on VR in Arkansas, $6.00 is returned to the state's economy.
